Forward-pleated mid-grey bespoke trousers with side adjusters at Endel Tailor Bangkok

BESPOKE TROUSERS

Bespoke trousers, cut by hand in our Bangkok atelier

Cut to your own measurements and posture, with the rise, pleat and leg line you choose. The separates that carry a wardrobe, in cloths that keep their press in the heat.

Trousers cut to you, not to a size

A good pair of trousers does most of the work in how an outfit sits. We cut each pair to your own measurements and posture in our Rama 4 atelier, then refine the fit at a try-on, so the waist sits where you want it, the seat is clean, and the leg falls straight to a proper break over the shoe. Made in-house by the same hands that build our suits.

The cut that makes a trouser bespoke

The fit lives in the details you do not see from across a room. A rise set to your own waist, a clean seat with no pull, and a leg balanced to your shoe and your stride. Forward or reverse pleats for room and drape, or a flat front for a leaner line.

An extended waistband with a hook closure holds the line at the front, side adjusters or belt loops as you prefer, and a curtained waistband keeps your shirt tucked. Finished by hand, and cut to be let out and altered as the years pass.

High-twist Fresco summer cloth tailored by Endel Tailor Bangkok

Cloths cut for the climate

Choose from the same mills we cut our suits from: high-twist Fresco and tropical worsteds that breathe and recover, grey flannel and cavalry twill for cooler rooms, and cotton, linen and their blends for the heat. Explore the full fabric library in person.

Odd trousers in grey, tan or olive will carry half a wardrobe, worn with a blazer or a knit. Or match a spare pair to a favourite jacket so the suit lasts twice as long.

Cut to the way you wear them

We guide every choice to how you actually dress, then make the pair your own.

Rise and cut

Flat front for a lean line, or forward and reverse pleats for room and drape. A rise and leg set to your height and your shoe.

Waist and fastening

Side adjusters for a clean waist with no belt, or belt loops if you prefer. An extended waistband with a hook closure, cut to sit true.

Hem and finishing

Turn-ups (cuffs) or a plain hem, the pocket style you like, and a half or full lining. The quiet details that make the pair yours.

How it works

01

Consultation and cloth

We talk through how you will wear them, then choose the cloth, rise, pleat and finishing together.

02

Measure and make

We take your measurements and cut a first pair to your own pattern, in-house at our Rama 4 atelier.

03

Fit and finish

We refine the fit at a try-on, then finish your order. Repeat pairs need no further fittings.

Bespoke trouser questions

What is the difference between bespoke trousers and ready-made ones?

Bespoke trousers are cut to your own measurements and posture, not pulled off a size rail. You set the rise, the pleat, the leg line and the waistband, and we refine the fit at a try-on so the seat and waist sit clean with no pulling. The result is a pair that fits only you and that we can let out or alter as the years pass.

Can I order trousers on their own, without a suit?

Yes. Odd trousers, worn with a blazer, a knit or a shirt, are some of the most useful things in a wardrobe. A few pairs in grey, tan and olive will carry most of your week. We are happy to make a single pair or a small run.

Pleats or flat front?

Both are correct, and it comes down to how you want them to sit and move. Flat front reads leaner and more modern. Forward or reverse pleats add room through the thigh and drape better when you sit, and suit a fuller cut or a higher rise. We will show you both and help you decide.

Which cloths work best for trousers in the Bangkok heat?

High-twist worsteds like Fresco, tropical wools, and cotton and linen blends breathe well and keep their press in the humidity. For cooler, air-conditioned rooms, grey flannel and cavalry twill are hard-wearing classics. We will guide you to a cloth that suits how and where you wear them.

Can you match trousers to a jacket or suit I already own?

In many cases, yes. If we can identify or closely match the cloth, a spare pair of trousers extends the life of a favourite jacket or suit, since trousers wear out first. Bring the garment in so we can compare cloth and detailing in person.

How much do bespoke trousers cost?

Pricing depends on the cloth and the detailing you choose. Trousers are an accessible way to start with Endel, and many clients order two or three pairs at a time once their pattern is set. Contact us for current trouser pricing and cloth options.
