1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of endelbespoke.com (the "Site") and the bespoke tailoring services offered by Endel Tailor Bangkok ("Endel", "we", "us"). By browsing the Site, booking a fitting, or commissioning a garment, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
2. Our services
Endel offers bespoke and made-to-measure tailoring of men's suits, jackets, trousers, and shirts. All garments are crafted by appointment at our atelier on Rama 4 Road, Bangkok. The Site is informational; orders are confirmed in person, by phone, by email, or via WhatsApp.
3. Bookings and consultations
Consultations are by appointment only. We may ask for a small refundable deposit to hold a fitting time. If you are unable to attend, please give us at least 24 hours notice so we can offer the slot to another client.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices on the Site are indicative and may vary depending on fabric selection, construction, and styling details discussed during your consultation. A deposit is required to begin work; the balance is payable on collection. All prices are quoted in Thai Baht unless otherwise stated.
5. Fittings, alterations, and remedies
A bespoke commission typically involves multiple fittings. We will work with you until the fit and finish meet our standard. Adjustments arising from a change in body measurements after collection, or from changes to the requested style after construction has begun, may incur a fee.
6. Photography and intellectual property
Images, text, brand marks, and other content on the Site are owned by Endel or licensed for our use. You may not copy, redistribute, or use them commercially without prior written consent. Photographs of completed garments may be shared on our Site or social channels in a way that respects your privacy; let us know if you prefer not to be featured.
7. Third-party links and embeds
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or embeds (for example, Google Maps and chat widgets). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those services.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Endel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability in connection with any commissioned garment is limited to the amount you paid for that garment.
9. Privacy
Your privacy matters. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangkok.
